CNC/Manual Turning & Milling

We have Manual and CNC mills and lathes, as well as horizontal and vertical machining centers. In addition, our complementary equipment allows us to handle welding, tooling and some grinding as well.

CNC Turning Center Parts

For complex geometries, our CNC turning centers offer:

  • 2 to 5 axis machines

  • Live tooling allows parts that require different processes to be created on a single machine

  • Bar feeding to accommodate metal bar stock

  • 12″ chuck and a Z travel of 24″ with live tooling and bar feed.

  • Chuck size of 10″ and Z travel of 20″.

Mazak QuickTurn 25

  • 12″ chuck and a Z travel of 36″ with bar feed.

Miyano ANC-35

  • 7 axis machine has an 8″ chuck and a Z travel of 10″ with live tooling, sub-spindle and bar feed.

Miyano BNC-34

  • Chuck size of 6″ and Z travel of 9″ with bar feed.

Okuma LR15 2ST

  • 4 axis machine has a 8″ chuck and Z travel of 12″ with live tooling and bar feed.
